Why We Are Building TEO Circular
Every week, companies replace furniture, equipment, and materials that still have years of useful life. Removing them costs money. Meanwhile, another business nearby is looking for exactly those items at an affordable price. That gap is the reason TEO Circular exists.
What is true today
- — We are researching demand with real companies.
- — We are speaking directly with businesses in Spain.
- — We are designing the first version of the platform.
- — We work manually with each early partner.
What is not true yet
- — We do not have a live public marketplace yet.
- — We do not have a published catalogue of assets.
- — We do not guarantee matches or transaction volumes.
- — We do not provide logistics, storage, or inspections ourselves.
We would rather be transparent about our stage than promise a finished product. Companies that join now are helping to define what gets built first.
Starting small, in one place
Our initial focus is Spain, beginning with companies in Valencia and nearby regions. A circular network only works when participants are close enough for reuse to make economic and environmental sense.
Local first
Short distances make reuse cheaper than disposal and reduce transport emissions.
Manual before automatic
We match partners by hand so we learn what the software actually needs to do.
Built with partners
Categories, features, and services are prioritised based on partner feedback.
A founder-led project
TEO Circular is currently a small founder-led project. There is no large team behind it and no external marketing machine — just direct conversations with companies that deal with surplus every week.
If you work with surplus assets, procurement, facilities, or sustainability reporting, we would genuinely like to hear how you handle it today. Those conversations shape the roadmap more than anything else.
